Richard Arthur Heuer, 92, died February 28, 2024, at home in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. He was born April 19, 1931, in Buffalo, NY, to Arthur Alfred and Sara Gordon (Mayer) Heuer. Richard served in the United States Army. Mr. Heuer was employed for 30 years by WJCT television and was the Vice President of Programming. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, David Arthur Heuer. Mr. Heuer is survived by his wife, Sara (Sally) B. Heuer; and daughter, Elizabeth B. Heuer.
